Rishab Concept (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you register for our free live educational webinar and join our WhatsApp community.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Rishab Concept, founded by Rishabh Dwivedi. It is used to register participants for a free live educational class on Zoom and to share the class link on WhatsApp.

2. Information we collect

Name — to personalise your registration confirmation.
Mobile number — to identify your registration and send class-related communication.
Technical data — browser type, device, and pages viewed, including through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

We do not ask for your bank details, passwords, or OTP on this website.

3. How we use your information

To confirm your webinar registration.
To share the Zoom link, reminders, and class notes via WhatsApp.
To keep an internal record of registrations (including a Google Sheet used by our team).
To measure ad performance on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) using the Pixel.

We do not sell your name or phone number to third parties.

4. WhatsApp

After you submit the form you may join our WhatsApp community. WhatsApp is a product of Meta. Messages in that group are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Please do not share financial passwords or OTPs in the group.

5. Meta Pixel and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to understand whether ads led to a registration (Lead event). Meta may collect device and usage information under Meta’s own policies. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings.

6. Storage

Registration details may be stored in Google Sheets and browser storage for the session. Access is limited to our team for class operations.

7. Your choices

You may leave the WhatsApp group at any time. To request deletion of your name and number from our registration list, message us on the same WhatsApp community with the subject “Privacy request” and the mobile number you used to register.

8. Children

This webinar is intended for people aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
